Portugal Villa

This villa is situated in center Portugal, 75 km from Lisbon (a drive of about 40 minutes). It has 330 square meters (around 3,552 square feet) of floor space and was completed in 2004. It includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dining room and a lounge etc. The style of the house is predominantly Portuguese, boasting traditional Portuguese-style azulejo tiles, and the entire house is equipped with hot water system, best for a family.

Outside the house, there is a 150 square meters (around 1,615 sq. ft.) garden with an dedicated barbecue area and and outdoor swimming pool. It is surrounded by about 45,000 square meters (around 484,380 sq. ft.) of plantation tree, with 30 year-old olive groves and rare pine-family trees.
